Do I have to be a member to use the space?

Nope! While memberships give you the best access, perks, and pricing, non-members are welcome to book the studio by the hour or the day for shoots, creative projects, or small events.

Is my payment refundable if cancellation occurs?

All payments are non-refundable.  Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a credit toward a future booking. For memberships, contracts are locked for 6 months (see agreements for details).

Do you provide equipment or do I bring my own?

We provide essentials like backdrop systems, posing stools, a makeup station, and some shared props. Right now we do not provide any lighting or shooting gear, however that is a perk we look forward to adding in Phase 2 of our launch.  You are welcome and encouraged to bring your own gear and tools as needed! Resident members may keep certain items stored onsite, but these are not available for any other member or non- member use.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled booking. Some days are full of back-to-back reservations, and this ensures every creator has their time respected.

What are the cleanup expectations after my booking?

We ask that props, rolling walls, and furniture be returned to their original place after your booking. Please don’t drag furniture across the floors. The space should be left as you found it. A $150 cleaning fee will apply if the studio is left messy, damaged, or with props/furniture broken.

What if distractions are a concern for me?

You’re in good company — most creatives work better in spaces that reduce overwhelm. That’s why we’ve added thoughtful touches like privacy film on windows, soft lighting, and flexible zones so you can focus in the way that works for you.

How do payments and booking work?

Members: Memberships are billed monthly via recurring invoice.  You are then added to our booking system with your monthly allotted hours. Members will still use the booking system to reserve time and spaces.  Once your hourly quota is met, the system will allow you to book at a discounted rate until your new month starts.

Non-members: Reserving time and spaces will go directly through our booking system, and payment is due at the time of booking.

What about safety + security?

Our studio is secured with keypad entry, and each member has their own personal code. We have strategically  place security cameras to ensure you and your clients privacy while also keeping a secure eye on the studio entrance. Resident members have locking storage for their personal tools and gear.  Both members and non-members are expected to respect the space, one another, and our community guidelines.
